We offer a standard postage option through Australia Post which usually take between 1 and 3 business days.

You will receive an Australia Post Tracking Number within your confirmation email following your purchase on whiteyboard.com.au. Use this unique code to track the whereabouts of your item at www.auspost.com.au

Return & Exchanges

We design WhiteyBoard products to bring quality, innovation and productivity to your daily life. We feel the same about our customer service. If you feel you need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below we will gladly make it happen.

Merchandise can be returned however must be sent back within 7 days from receiving date and must not be used or the items will not be accepted for return and be sent back at the customers expense.

Exchanges can be made for the same item or different size only. To exchange your product simply send us an email to info@whiteyboard.com.au including your name, the item you are returning and the alternate size your are requesting as a replacement.                                            

Exchanges are subject to availability . Freight and Postage costs are not refundable and the customer will be charged for Postage costs for all exchanges.
