What is a WhiteyBoard?
A polished, white surface used for quick and easy writing and erasing. WhiteyBoards are made of mostly plastic.

REMOVING
Is it difficult to remove a WhiteyBoard?
It is advised in the event that WhiteyBoard will be removed that it is done so very carefully and slowly. Our adhesive is designed to come off surfaces without leaving residue.
Will removing my WhiteyBoard cause any damage to my wall?
WhiteyBoards are designed not to cause damage when removing however depending on the surface your WhiteyBoard is adhered to it may. If there are any imperfections, air bubbles or weaknesses in paint may result in peeling. As a result WhiteyBoard Australia (NZ) will not be liable for any damage caused.

How do I make my WhiteyBoard Portable?
The key to making your WhiteyBoard Portable is only sticking a small section of the adhesive to the surface. Do this by unpeeling only a small section on the top and bottom of the adhesive backing instead of unpeeling and sticking the entire Whiteyboard.
CLEANING & ERASING
DAILY CLEANING: We advise to clean your WhiteyBoard daily to prevent ink drying up. Clean your WhiteyBoard with water, cleaning wipes or a liquid solution then wipe the surface with a dry cloth
DEEP CLEANING: Deep clean with Methylated Spirits or detergent and a dry clean cloth. We advise to give your WhiteyBoard a deep clean once a week.
NOTE: Please Prevent from erasing past the borders of your WhiteyBoard as ink will smudge across on to the surface your WhiteyBoard is adhered to.
What are the keys to applying Big Bertha successfully?
Ensure that the surface has been cleaned thoroughly. Before applying clean the wall with Methylated Spirits as it helps reactivate the adhesive. Secure Big Bertha by applying pressure on to the board using a dry cloth in the days following application. If any sections peel away from the wall clean the surface underneath of those sections with Methylated Spirits and a dry cloth then reapply. How can I clean my WhiteyBoard?
WhiteyBoard's are washable therefore they can be cleaned with detergent. We advise to give your WhtieyBoard a clean with either detergent or Methylated Spirits once a fortnight to ensure your WhiteyBoard stays clean and shiny.
Do I have to Stick my WhiteyBoard to a surface?
No. I can use Blu Tac, Thumb Tacs etc.
Can I cut it?
Yes. WhiteyBoarders can simply customise their Sonia (30x45cm), Alice (60'x90cm), or Bertha (1x2m) with household scissors or an Stanley knife. Customers have cut our WhiteyBoards to fit onto the back of laptops or their hand phones.
Does it stick to textured surfaces?
Yes, WhiteyBoards adhere to an array of surfaces including textured walls, unfinished wood, fabric cube walls, glass, plywood, concrete, and most other hard synthetic surfaces. WhiteyBoarders should keep in mind that smoother surfaces mean smoother WhiteyBoards.
What are WhiteyBoards made of?
Mostly plastic. They are made of a vinyl peel-and-stick material that is durable, washable, movable, and removable.
What is the easiest way to put WhiteyBoard on the wall?
Though one person can easily apply Sonia (30x45cm), it is best to apply Alice (60x90cm) and Bertha (1x2m) with two people - one person sticks while the other smoothes.
How can I prevent air bubbles?
Customers can push out wrinkles or bubbles that may appear during application with a dry cloth by rubbing in a circular motion toward the edges.
What do you write on them with?
As with regular whiteboards, dry-erase markers work best (Artline Markers). For a semi-permanent effect, Vis-a-Vis markers can also be used, though they require water to erase.
Will permanent markers erase?
Yes. Permanent markers will erase simply by coloring over the permanent marker with a dry-erase whiteboard marker and then erasing.
What can I use to erase my WhiteyBoard?
Though dry-erasers work best, a cloth, rag, or paper towel can clean the surface well, too. For a more thorough cleaning, we suggest using cleaning wipes or a liquid solution (WhiteyBoard Solution), then wiping the surface dry with a cloth.
Can I use it in one spot, take it down, and move it to another?
We recommend using only Sonia and Alice as portable WhiteyBoards. Please refer to your instruction sheet on how to make your WhiteyBoard portable..
How many times can you remove it and re-stick it before it loses its stickiness?
WhiteyBoards can be re-applied five times on average before the adhesive compounds begin to lose their strength.
What is the life expectancy of WhiteyBoard?
If the customer keeps his or her sheet within those five surface re-applications, it can last up to five years.
Are WhiteyBoards transparent in color?
Like other whiteboards, WhiteyBoards are white.
Are WhiteyBoards magnetic?
No, they are not magnetic. Magnetic strips may be applied to the adhesive side (before removing the protective cover) if the user desires a magnetized effect for a refrigerator or filing cabinet.
How long does it take to ship?
We pride ourselves in our prompt customer service and ship most orders the following day.

How long will delivery take since time placed order?
Our customers should expect their product to arrive from one to two weeks of placing their order. (This varies for international shipping, though.)
What about traditional chalkboards and whiteboards?
WhiteyBoards love showing up their more expensive counterparts and can be effortlessly adhered to a traditional chalkboard or whiteboard.
Are they child safe?
WhiteyBoards are actually child encouraged. Put one in your child's room and watch them draw away!

How much does a regular Whiteboard retail for?
A 90 x 120cm whiteboard at Officeworks on average costs approximately $111.50. By comparison, our version only costs $46.90. They accomplish the same thing. Literally
Upon applying Bertha, Alice, or Sonia onto a wall within air conditioning spaces have any adverse effects?
Possibly. The cold air may mitigate the WhiteyBoard's adhesiveness by causing the edges to curl up.
